To complete and submit your form, begin by filling out all required fields and reviewing the information for accuracy. Once finished, save the completed document to your desktop or another location where you can easily find it. Open your preferred email application—such as Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or any other service—and create a new message. Use the attachment feature (often shown as a paperclip icon) to locate and attach the saved form from your desktop. After confirming the file is attached, send the email to either the Zoning Administrator or the Supervisor, depending on who should receive your submission. If at any point you have questions about the form or the process, you are welcome to reach out to any of the Board members for assistance.
